RMO Mali is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals a Head of Finance & Administration (H/F)
Missions Principales :
- Oversee and lead the finance, accounting and administration department operations of the Organisation.
- Lead Financial planning and strategy formulations as aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasting for mid- and long-term plans.
- Lead financial management, reporting, compliance and audit management with internal and external audits.
- Responsible for cashflow management to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Lead treasury management including cash management, banking relationships and financial transactions.
- Lead the calculation of COGS and margin simulations for each brand and SKU.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Production, Human Resource and Logistics, and warehouse departments to instil the discipline of cost effectiveness.
