In collaboration with the accountant, the assistant accountant, the junior administrative and financial officer, and all other members of the local finance and administration team, under the direction of the regional management accountant - West Africa, you will be responsible for:
Provide leadership and direction of financial and administrative functions for all company operations in the country.
Manage the financial, fiscal, statutory, accounting and administrative functions of the country.
Assist in the development of the financial and administrative strategy, and its implementation in accordance with the company's strategy.
For this purpose, you will have to travel regularly in country, in order to ensure the supervision of every local project; and, to assume all other responsibilities and duties relating to the position and assigned by your supervisor / manager. Finally, you will also be asked to achieve approved KPIs and defined goals on a yearly basis.
