RMO Mali is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals a Areas Sales Supervisor. (H/F)
Missions
The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing sales operations within the Mopti Region of Mali. Oversee a team of sales representatives to ensure sales and volume targets are met and build relationships with clients with the company.
Principales Taches :
Team Management :
o Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area.
o Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
o Monitor daily activities and ensure team adherence to sales plans.
Sales Target Achievement:
o Contribute to the development of sales plans in the assigned territory to meet set objectives.
o Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
o Monitor and report sales performance, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts.
o Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
o Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions for clients.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
o Identify new business opportunities and suggest market penetration strategies.
o Recommend promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales.
Administrative Duties:
o Prepare and present regular sales reports to higher management.
o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
o Manage budgets and resources effectively.
